IT procurment Coordinator

Solihull | Up to £31,000

Ready to take ownership of IT assets across EMEA? We're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven IT procurment Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment - from order to deployment, refresh to retirement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing IT stock levels and asset registers
  • Coordinating device builds, break-fix, refresh and replacements
  • Overseeing goods-in/goods-out shipments across EMEA Maintaining accurate reporting (RAG status, compliance, SOC II)
  • Supporting new hires and leavers with equipment logistics
  • Working closely with Finance, Service Desk, and regional stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in IT, asset, or stock coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
