Managed Talent Solutions, a business unit of Datacentrix, is seeking an experienced IT Process Management Coordinator – Software & Hardware Assets to join our client's team on a 6-month contract, based in Pretoria (full-time onsite).
This role supports the IT Commercial function with a strong focus on Software Asset Management, process design and improvement, and IT project lifecycle tracking. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving structured execution across the software asset lifecycle, improving operational workflows, and ensuring compliance, governance, and commercial alignment

- Matric and relevant Certificate, Diploma, or Degree IT, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (Essential)
- 2–4 years' experience in coordination/admin roles, ideally in IT, finance, procurement, or asset management
