The role focuses on standardizing and controlling IT processes, managing software licenses, and overseeing vendors, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Define, document, and maintain standardized IT processes;
• Manage software license compliance;
• Oversee relationships and contracts with strategic suppliers;
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal/external standards ( ITIL / ITSM ) ;
• Participate in decisions with significant financial impact.

Profile:

• 5+ years of relevant experience;
• Experience managing complex processes with high functional and financial impact;
• Ability to produce clear, structured manuals, procedures, and reports;
