Oversee relationships and contracts with strategic suppliers;
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal/external standards ( ITIL / ITSM ) ;
Participate in decisions with significant financial impact.
Profile
5+ years of relevant experience;
Experience managing complex processes with high functional and financial impact;
Ability to produce clear, structured manuals, procedures, and reports;
Experience in ITSM Environments - Hands-on experience with service management tools ( e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy ) for tracking incidents, changes, and problems;
