IT Process Analyst [#4892]

Alteo is looking for an IT Process Analyst for a permanent position based in Montreal. Hybrid: 6 days in the office per month. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the digital transformation of a large-scale platform.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in defining processes that must be reproducible across all teams
• Document and propose reusable templates for the operational processes of multiple software solutions
• Research existing information or gather this information from multiple stakeholders
• Identify inefficiencies and propose continuous improvements
• Adapt ITIL processes to make them lighter and compatible with agile cycles
• Ensure that changes are well documented and validated without slowing down agile deliveries
• Coordinate the work of your team and help establish a climate of trust conducive to achieving objectives
