IT PO Governance Lead & Data Analytics

Baxter seeks a Procurement/Finance Senior Analyst to govern IT PO processes and establish a PO Center of Excellence within the IT Vendor Management Office. You will drive standard PO practices and serve as the central IT PO governance expert across vendors, projects, and cost centers.

Collaborating with IT VMO, Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable, you will ensure PO compliance with policies, contracts, and funding sources, while coaching IT teams to obtain accurate POs from the start.
