Financial Budgeting & Forecasting
- Partner with Regional teams the formulation of operational and capital budget
- Provide critical input for depreciation and amortization, forecasts, budget ensuring the P&L accuracy
- Perform granular analysis of spends, monitor and analyze variance between actuals, budget, and forecast for Opex and Capex
- Proactively suggest improvements to cost allocation or operational processes to mitigate future variances
Legacy Asset Migration & System Implementation
- Involve in project to migrate APAC country asset data from legacy platform into Apptio Fixed Asset Register (FAR) module
- Ensure the end-to-end migration process-from data extraction and cleansing to mapping and final validation
- Establish and maintain the Apptio Ways of Working (TWOW) standards; build and refine Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to provide a holistic view of business service costs
