Real-time monitoring of critical systems and applications to promptly detect incidents.
Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents.
Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident logging and prioritization.
Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog .
Solid understanding of basic infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Ability to generate reports and interpret operational logs using tools like Excel or Power...
