IT OPERATIONS SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an IT Operations Support Supervisor to join our team at SM Appliance (Star Appliance Center, Inc.) in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

• Operations Support
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, network
• Diagnose computer hardware, software, network, CCTV related problems and provide appropriate solutions
• Provide first level technical support to computer hardware and peripherals problems
• Respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support
• Maintain accurate and up to date record of all reported hardware, CCTV, network related issues
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory and preventive maintenance schedule
