About the role
We are looking for an IT Operations Support Supervisor to join our team at SM Appliance (Star Appliance Center, Inc.) in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.
What you'll be doing
Operations Support
Install and configure computer hardware, software, network
Diagnose computer hardware, software, network, CCTV related problems and provide appropriate solutions
Provide first level technical support to computer hardware and peripherals problems
Respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support
Maintain accurate and up to date record of all reported hardware, CCTV, network related issues
Maintain accurate hardware inventory and preventive maintenance schedule
Prepare data analysis and recommendation on technical issues encountered
Fixed IT assets purchases and replacement schedule
Review preventive maintenance billing
