Deskside Technician II – IT Operations Support (Manufacturing Environment)

As a member of the Run and Support team, you will provide onsite hardware and software support services to end users in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and AV/conferencing equipment, support company events, and maintain accurate asset records. The role is critical in ensuring business continuity, minimizing downtime on the manufacturing floor, and delivering excellent customer service. Participation in an on‑call rotation and flexibility to render overtime whenever business needs arise are required.
