Job Description

  • Oversee and Manage IT operations which includes End User Support (Hardware, Software and Computing Devices), Data Centre Management, Network Operations Management, Service Desk & SLA Management, Security and Vendor Management.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of end user devices, networks, applications, softwares and tools.
  • Manage team of operations support specialists, coach them and provide trainings as necessary.
  • Define, manage and maintain KPIs, processes and policies to continually improve IT Operations.
  • Liason with various stakeholders (IT and Business) to understand their need and ensure they have appropriate resources and support to carry out day to day operations.
