Job Role - Management of End User domain in IT Operations and Support
Job Responsibilities/Job Description -
1. Management of Central IT Support and various technologies in End user domain (Local Area Network, Anti Virus, SCCM, Windows, Printing, Scanning, Barcode, RF Technologies, Network, Service Desk etc.) in automobile/IT Enabled mass manufacturing industry.
2. Proactive/Reactive IT support for allbusiness functions to improve business continuity, Service levels and customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to, create and maintain processes, procedures, operational and architectural documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with Processes and adherence to standards and documentation
5. Liasioning with senior management, users, vendors, dealers and partners.
6. IT Operations Management (Incident, Problem Management and change management, creation of Knowledge Base).
