Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee secure, stable, and compliant IT operations for a US-based healthcare client. This role combines hands-on technical oversight with operational leadership, vendor governance, and service management.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity enforcement, SLA management, and managing large user environments.

• Oversee daily IT operations across infrastructure, cloud, and end-user environments
• Manage external MSPs and ensure SLA compliance and service quality
