The role involves leading and developing a high-performing IT Support team, ensuring 24/7 operational excellence and continuous skill enhancement. The position requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting complex Windows/MacOS, O365, VC, and network/data center issues while driving automation through PowerShell, Power Automate, and other scripting tools.
