Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are urgently seeking an IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager to join their team in Doha.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the company’s end-to-end IT infrastructure and operations environment, ensuring high availability, resilience, and security across all sitesOverseeing servers, data centres, networks, connectivity, cloud environments, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and all IT assetsLeading IT infrastructure, service desk, and support teams, and managing vendors, service providers, contracts, and RFP processes.Overseeing NOC and SOC operations, vendor SLA governance, infrastructure contract renewals, and budget planning, ensuring operational excellence and business continuityLeading, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary teams including infrastructure engineers, network/system administrators, NOC/SOC staff, IT service desk analysts, and field technicians
