Job Description

ULFIX is seeking an IT Operations Helpdesk Support to serve as the primary contact for technical assistance and IT infrastructure maintenance in Mexico City. You will help the internal team resolve issues, manage assets, and uphold security policies.

The role requires experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud environments, plus bilingual English and Spanish communication. On-site support for local teams is preferred.
