IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator with 7+ years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, with strong expertise in Linux systems and solid exposure to Windows environments. The role is responsible for ensuring system stability, performance, security, and scalability across on-premises and/or cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Linux System Administration (Primary)

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user access, permissions, services, and cron jobs.
• Write and maintain shell scripts (Bash) to automate routine tasks.
• Handle Linux security hardening, logging, and compliance requirements.
• Support production incidents and participate in on-call rotation when required.
