Job Description

We are seeking IT Operations and Support professionals to execute ITIL processes, support global systems, and maintain reliable IT services across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and Cisco voice systems.
  • Maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and performance issues.
  • Document procedures, incidents, resolutions, and updates.
  • Support deployments, go-live activities, and UAT.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards for IT leadership.
  • Collaborate with global IT, R&D, engineering, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Enterprise IT operations.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Windows systems, Cisco UC/CC.
