Job Description
Primary Function: As an IT (Information Technology) Operations Associate, you will be responsible for general IT hardware maintenance and installation.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related course
- With at least 1 year of work experience in Computer Maintenance and Repair
- Experienced in macOS and Apple hardware
- Advanced skills in Internet Services and Software Application
- A working background in Software Systems Management, Hardware Management, Operating/Network Operating Systems Application, Information Systems Implementation and Evaluation, Basic Networking and Data Management, Audio-Visual Equipment, and Telephony
- Basic knowledge in Network Management
- Willing to be based in Ortigas
