We are seeking an organised IT Operations Analyst to join a tight-knit IT Operations and Security team. You will act as the crucial first point of contact for incoming internal & external IT requests, triaging and routing work to ensure the right tasks reach the right people.

In this role, you will manage daily operational demand to ensure high-priority projects move forward.
