Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & Maintenance:
• Monitor the performance and health of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network.
• Regularly update and patch systems and software to ensure security and compliance.
• Perform routine system backups and restore operations as necessary.
• User Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide technical support for end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Assist with the configuration of new devices and software for employees.
• Handle user account management and permissions for various systems.
• Incident & Problem Management:
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
