Overview
Support day to day IT support matters, handling Request/Incident tickets from ServiceNow platform, support Global IT team in local IT operation (Hand & Feet support).
Responsibilities
- Handle Request/Incident tickets from ServiceNow platform
- Support Global IT team in local IT operations (hands & feet)
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience (excl. internship)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across systems/platforms
- Knowledge of network & infrastructure support
- Able to work independently & prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Technical Skills

- b. Support basic network troubleshooting
