Mission Overview : 

As part of an onsite support reinforcement, we are looking for an IT Onsite Support Engineer (1st/2nd level) to provide daily end-user assistance on site.

Main Responsibilities : 

  • Provide support to end-users on workstations and mobile devices
  • Installation, replacement, relocation, and removal of IT equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents
  • Support for monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations
  • Receive, inventory, prepare, and install IT equipment
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to users and ensure proper ticket updates

Expected Profile :

  • Minimum 3 years of onsite IT support experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
