Job Description

The IT Onboarding Manager will oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality IT onboarding services to our internal and external clients. He/She will ensure that IT services are aligned with business objectives and meet or exceed client expectations. The IT Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing onboarding tasks including third-party assessment, pre-sales activities and client enrollment among others.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

ONBOARDING

  1. Oversee the accomplishment of third-party assessments and questionnaires from potential clients, ensuring timely responses to relevant IT inquiries.
  2. Attend and resolve issues in Daily Huddle for VIP clients when needed.
  3. Perform demo of IT Systems to potential or onboarded clients as needed.
  4. Coordinate IT support schedule on welcome emails and reports.
