Job Description
Require an IT officer/technician for managing the company's basic IT infrastructure including networking, CCTV systems, printers, and providing day-to-day technical troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage LAN/Wi-Fi network, routers, and internet connectivity.
- Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
- Configure and maintain printers, computers, and IT equipment.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and email issues.
- Perform data backups and ensure antivirus/system updates.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
