We are seeking a reliable and skilled IT Officer to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with computer systems, networking equipment, and end-user support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems
• Configure and manage email accounts and email clients
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot WiFi routers, switches, and basic networks
• Handle connectors, adapters, cabling, and wiring for IT and network setups
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
