Job Description

Lead the decommissioning of legacy systems as the IT Obsolescence Program Manager. Drive project coordination and budget oversight whilst collaborating with the VP IT.
In this critical role, you'll oversee a comprehensive IT obsolescence program that manages multiple projects aimed at eliminating outdated systems like Workflow and BizTalk. Your leadership will ensure that project managers adhere to timelines and deliverables while managing risks and issues effectively. You will also liaise with management to influence the IT strategy and keep the steering committee informed of the program's status.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full IT obsolescence program
• Ensure coherent project deliverables across teams
• Monitor inter-system dependencies and schedules
• Negotiate priorities within the IT roadmap
• Provide progress updates to the steering committee
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in IT management
• Familiarity with the Quebec insurance sector
