Job Description

1. BASIC FUNCTION

a) Manages communication system infrastructure (network and voice).

b) Acts as administrator / 2nd line of support and provides technical services for problem determination and resolution for the communication system. Establishes and enforces procedures for proper usage of communication equipment. Provides input toward the bank’s communication system architecture and strategic planning.

c) Responsible for the implementation of new strategic communication facilities.

2. WORK PERFORMED & MAJOR DUTIES

a) Responsible for implementation of communication system changes.

b) Responsible for administration and development of network infrastructure services performed on data network devices such as core and edge routers and switches.
