Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full‑Time
- 12‑Hour Shift (3 hours paid additional)
- 6 Days/Week (Monday–Saturday)
- Sunday Off
- Rotating Evening Shifts (Every 90 Days)
Job Overview
The IT System Support Engineer will act as a first‑line and mid‑level support resource, handling IT helpdesk operations, network troubleshooting, and remote server management. This is a client‑facing role requiring excellent English communication skills and hands‑on technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level‑1 / Level‑2 IT Helpdesk support (password resets, account creation, user access issues).
- Manage and support Active Directory environments (users, groups, GPOs).
