  • Provide 24/7 technical support for the SGS D-TECT® software and hardware, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Perform all scheduled maintenance activities, including software deployments, system updates, and hardware cleaning.
  • Offer first-line support to local users experiencing issues with D-TECT® functionalities (e.g., image matching, image display).
  • Monitor the health and performance of application and infrastructure servers (e.g., disk space, CPU, memory usage), and take preventive actions to avoid downtime.
  • Collect and document user feedback to support continuous improvement of the D-TECT® solution. 
  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET (Framework 4.8 and .NET 9) and Angular 16.
