- Provide 24/7 technical support for the SGS D-TECT® software and hardware, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
- Perform all scheduled maintenance activities, including software deployments, system updates, and hardware cleaning.
- Offer first-line support to local users experiencing issues with D-TECT® functionalities (e.g., image matching, image display).
- Monitor the health and performance of application and infrastructure servers (e.g., disk space, CPU, memory usage), and take preventive actions to avoid downtime.
- Collect and document user feedback to support continuous improvement of the D-TECT® solution.
