IT Network Operation Centre

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Monitor network & server systems using NOC tools
• Handle alerts and perform first-level troubleshooting
• Manage incident reporting and follow escalation procedures
• Support change management and scheduled maintenance
• Communicate with internal teams for issue resolution

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
• Able to work in shift mode, 24 x 7 operation (Shift on rotation basis).
• Strong knowledge in Voice over IP (VoIP), networking, Data Network.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field
• Willing to learn a new knowledge, skills and experience
