Provide IT desktop support for user, ensure the user to efficient use in all IT system

Our Team

Help use to fixed the issue on desktop, NB, print and network etc., provide the IT service of level 2 to users

What You Will Do

  • Perform Desktop/laptop Support as needed
  • Troubleshoot minor hardware or software issues.
  • Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN and Dial-Up connections for local, mobile, and remote users locally
  • Primary responsibility for new user setups for both laptops and desktops, and providing new user orientation on laptops.

    • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • College and major in Computer Science or Information Engineering
  • 3+ IT Desktop support experience
  • Support experience with various operating systems (Linux, Windows)
  • Basic knowledge on Windows server and desktop system
  • Basic knowledge on Network
