We are looking for tech-savvy Network Engineers for our team.

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot local network functionality, identifying root causes
• Verify the updates to known issues, testing the solutions before implementation
• Proactive case creation via software fault detection
• Troubleshooting issues with no known solution, and developing new processes if necessary
• Review work log and customer feedback periodically with team and other analysts and technicians to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
• Review and respond accordingly to key customer and internal escalation requests
• Provide technical feedback to the internal engineering and manufacturing team

• With at least 1 year of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC).
