About the role

The Network Engineer is primarily responsible for all network operations at all corporate, production, and datacenter locations. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, WAN Routing, LAN Switching, Network Security, End-to-end Customer Connectivity, Trouble Ticket Management, Standardization, and Documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor network performance and guaranteeing peak performance
  • Create and update extensive documentation on network setups, procedures, and troubleshooting procedures

Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in Network and Infrastructure
  • High preference for resources from BPO industry
  • Must be Cisco CCNA certified (active or inactive)
