Job Description

Were looking for a hands-on IT/Microsoft Administrator with exposure to AWS to support and maintain our day-to-day ICT operations. Youll manage core systems, support users, and help ensure our IT environment is secure, reliable, and well-documented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day ICT support across hardware, software, servers, networks, and cloud services (AWS)

  • Administer Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, email security, and anti-spam systems

  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and licenses (including Adobe and Autodesk)

  • Support and maintain Windows servers, endpoints, and core IT infrastructure

  • Assist with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, backups, and monitoring

  • Troubleshoot and support business systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, Nexsys, and WordPress websites

  • Support security best practices, backup processes, and disaster recovery procedures...
