IT Requirements & Operations Engineer

Location: Serendah, Rawang

Terms: Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting and implementing production systems (including MES, IPS, etc.) in the Malaysian company.
• Actively communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand user needs and provide customized solutions.
• Analyze and resolve issues encountered during the implementation process.
• Provide system usage training and technical support to business departments to ensure users can proficiently use the MES system.
• Oversee project planning and execution, coordinate resources, and drive progress; report to headquarters IT on progress and issues, sync new features, promote new business, and ensure system translation; ensure timely and quality project completion.
