We’re hiring: IT Manager (Web, OTT, Cybersecurity & AI Ops) — Remote
Organization: Knowledge Networks | Portfolio: Multi-initiative websites + OTT
Knowledge Networks is looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own our end-to-end tech operations across multiple initiatives— websites, hosting, cybersecurity, email/identity, SaaS applications, and our OTT platform (Moonshots.TV) . We also want someone who can deploy AI agents/automation to streamline operations and reduce manual workload—safely and with strong governance.
What you’ll own
Website & hosting operations: uptime, performance, backups, DNS, SSL, CDN/WAF, releases & monitoring
Moonshots.TV operations: reliability, vendor coordination, streaming/analytics workflows, incident handling
Cybersecurity: MFA/SSO, access control, phishing defense, vulnerability management, incident response playbooks
Email + IT support: Google Workspace/M365 admin, onboarding/offboarding, device/access hygiene
