Job Title: IT Manager – Commercial Systems (POS, eCom, CRM, SAP)
Industry: Retail / FMCG / Luxury Goods (Nespresso Context)
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and support of our core business systems. In this critical role, you will oversee the technology ecosystem that powers the Nespresso consumer journey—from the website and mobile app (Ecommerce) to the Boutique experience (POS) and backend enterprise resource planning (SAP).
You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience, where inventory, customer data (CRM), and financials are perfectly synchronized between the front-end consumer touchpoints and the core SAP backbone.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Systems Strategy & Integration·
Oversee the integration architecture to ensure real-time data flow between POS (Boutiques) , Ecommerce/Market place (Shoppee/Lazada) platform, CRM, and SAP.·
