Job Description

PRTR’s IT Team is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join one of our clients based in Chonburi (Lamchabang). You’ll be supporting the IT area and laying the IT foundation required. You’ll be coordinating with regional teams to roll out IT initiatives and projects in Thailand.

General Management

  • Managing IT budgets, and forecasts, handling cash flow and enforcing cost-effectiveness.
  • Planning IT Resources and Outsourcing requirements.
  • Managing and justifying IT Costs.

    • People Management

  • Setting clear KPIs and Plans for Career Progression for IT staff.
  • Drawing up appropriate training/development plans for staff to build competencies.
  • Maintaining good rapport with Stakeholders from other departments.

    • Service Management

  • Working closely with Stakeholders from other departments to align Business Requirements and implement Quality IT Solutions to meet Business Needs.
