Job Description

PRTR’s IT Team is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join one of its international clients based in Bangkok. You’ll be supporting the IT area and laying the IT foundation required. You’ll coordinate with regional teams to roll out IT initiatives and projects in Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting branch staff on IT-related matters.
  • Liaising with respective Head Office personnel on IT matters.
  • Assisting the branch in resolving basic hardware faults or errors.
  • Resuming responsibility for controlling the computer system for the branch.
  • Performing tests of the disaster recovery plan at least once a year and updating any change to BCP immediately.
  • Deploying application on test/live system upon request from IT Head Office.
  • Liaising with vendors on hardware problems and requesting for engineers to be available on-site when required.
