IT Manager

Position Overview

As the Manager, IT Operations, you are the owner and guardian of a healthcare provider's internal technology ecosystem. With our offices across the United States, you will own the quality and efficiency of IT operations across the entire organization. This role is a blend of high-level strategy—coordinating with leadership on scalability and trade-offs, hands-on oversight of our Tier 1/2 support team, and coordination with, and management of, external vendors.

You will ensure that our 200+ resources have the tools they need to succeed, while maintaining a rigorous focus on cybersecurity, compliance, platform optimization, and vendor accountability.
