Position: IT Manager

Job Purpose

The IT Manager is responsible to establish and executive IT operations and services at the Methodist Council of Education.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations.
• Ensure the hardware system and network are always on optimum performance.
• Installation and implementation of all computer hardware, ensuring effective computer backup/recovery and system access security.
• Provide effective IT software maintenance, planning and support.
• Manage network & telecommunication infrastructure planning and support.
• Ensure all IT users conformed to IT Security Standard and Security Policy.
• System administration and support, WAN/LAN, servers, storage, firewall, routers, gateways, wireless AP and related computer peripherals and ensure its optimum operations.
