Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT operations, ensure service excellence, and maintain the stability of business-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT operations, incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CRM systems, SLA management, and on-site technical support.
