- System Ownership: Manage and optimize CargoWise One (CW1) and specialized logistics applications WMS, FAST, ECUSS, Website, Microsoft 365 and accounting modules.
- Logistics Operations Tech: Oversee EDI/API integrations with global carriers and customs gateways (VNACCS/VCIS) to ensure zero delays in cargo clearance
- Security & Compliance: Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure and network stability (WMS scanning, handheld devices, and RFID systems, firewalls, VPN, antivirus, and cybersecurity controls) across all branches, warehouses, and offices.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the implementation of AI-driven tools for automated document processing (OCR) and IoT for real-time fleet telematics.
