Job Description
Job Responsibilities Management and support of the ICT Infrastructure (Core Fibre Network, Firewall, Servers, VOIP Telephone Systems, 400+ Workstations and Printers); Develop and execute the IT strategy; Manage, support and lead the IT team; Develop and implement IT security policies and best practice guidelines; ensure systems, networks and data are safe and secure; Budgeting and forecasting, expenditure and asset management; Project management; Manage Audio Visual and Print department; Setup, testing and adherence to backup and disaster recovery; Software management – updates, license renewals for a wide range of software suites. Desired Experience & Qualification 5 to 8 years’ experience in a position of similar nature; Experience in customer service industries preferred / experience in the education sector an added advantage but not essential; Experience in Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, AD Connect, Intune, Exchange Online, Endpoint Manager, MS Defender, Share Point Online, M...
