Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the organisation's IT services, including management of third-party suppliers and associated budgets.
- Ensure SLAs and service standards are established, monitored, and consistently met.
- Act as the primary escalation point for 2nd line support technicians.
- Maintain adherence to GDPR and data security frameworks
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to resolving complex technical issues as they arise.
