IT Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for managing end-to-end IT operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring high system availability, security, and scalability to support 24/7 production operations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage factory IT infrastructure including networks, servers, data centers, and end-user computing.
• Ensure high availability of production-critical systems (MES, ERP, WMS, SCM, QMS).
• Oversee system backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Support automation, SMT lines, test systems, barcode & traceability systems.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls (firewalls, endpoint protection, access control).
• Ensure compliance with customer, ISO, and industry security requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident response management.
