Within the Corporate IT organization, you will join the IT Service Management team for LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems: G6 technology) providing technical support expertise: 

  • Resolve issues, maintain & improve application stability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of business-critical systems. 

  • Provide 2nd & 3rd level application support for the application. 

    • Qualifications

  • Graduate Level of studies and/or Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years similar working experience 

    • Required: 

  • Crystal Reports (versions and later) maintenance / bug fixing experience

  • Experience with Relational Databases ( Server, Oracle PL/SQL) 

  • Relevant experience of SQL development including ability to write and tun...
