Job Description

Emerson Enterprise IT offers a standard, centrally managed LAN & Telephony environment to Emerson locations that opt to participate in the service. This associated operational role is key within Emerson IT Infrastructure, supporting, deploying and expanding the LAN & Telephony strategy, with the following main operational responsibilities in an ITIL-inspired organization

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Management of an enterprise LAN, Wireless LAN, Telephony services and associated equipment
+ Ensuring optimal use and maximizing efficiency of LAN & Wireless LAN equipment installed at sites, as well as telephony services, as defined in the service design and according to the agreed SLA
+ Working closely with the design team and transition team to ensure all operational aspects are included in created solutions, while maintaining continuous service improvement
+ Providing Tier 3 support for all LAN, Wireless LAN, and Telephony infrastructure....
